Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and personable Bartender to become the heart of our beverage service at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. Whether you are crafting sunset cocktails at the Horizons Lounge or serving refreshing drinks by the pool and Passions on the Beach, you play a central role in our guests’ vacation experience.
This is a highly guest-facing role where your mixology skills and warm personality take center stage. We rely on our bartenders to blend technical expertise with the effortless charm of Aruban hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests warmly, providing thoughtful recommendations and creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.
- Maintain a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our cocktail menus, wine lists, and premium spirits.
- Accurately process orders and manage secure transactions utilizing the ALOHA POS system.
- Keep the bar area impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Monitor daily beverage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the F&B management team.
- Adhere strictly to responsible alcohol service guidelines and all resort safety standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the serving and culinary teams to ensure an exceptional overall dining and lounge experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, ideally paired with formal bartending or mixology training.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven bartending experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or restaurant setting.
- Full fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento to connect with our diverse international clientele.
- Proficiency with the ALOHA POS system or similar hospitality point-of-sale software.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, maintaining composure and efficiency during peak service hours.
- Impeccable grooming, a consistently professional appearance, and a naturally outgoing demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
