Position Highlights
Night Cleaner. Working the graveyard shift, your core purpose is to keep the kitchen clean, organized and hygienic so the next service can start smoothly. You will operate the dishwashing machines, wash utensils, pans and equipment, and follow food safety, cleanliness and temperature standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during the graveyard shift
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- Wash utensils, pans and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and temperature standards are followed
- Prepare a clean and organized workspace for the next shift
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
EPB diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic understanding of English, Spanish and Papiamento.
Core Skills:
Kitchen cleaning and dishwashing. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and temperature standards.
Soft Skills:
Works well under pressure while keeping a professional attitude. Dependable on night shifts.
Success Metrics
The kitchen is clean, organized and ready at the start of every shift, dishes and equipment are washed to hygiene standards, and food safety rules are followed.
