Aruba Beach Club Resort is looking for a friendly, flexible, and dedicated Housekeeping Reliever to support our Housekeeping operations. This role is essential in ensuring consistent cleanliness and service coverage throughout the resort by assisting across various housekeeping functions. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining our high standards of guest room and public area maintenance in a professional resort environment.
Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established resort standards
Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests when cleaning or delivering items
Perform various housekeeping duties, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming
Replenish guest amenities, linens, and towels accurately and efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and requests for housekeeping services in a timely and friendly manner
Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping supervisor and Front Office to ensure room readiness
Cover various shifts and roles within the department, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Follow all resort health, safety, and “Green” policies, including proper waste management
Support the Housekeeping team during peak periods, heavy check-out days, or staff absences
Dutch nationality or possession of a valid work permit
Primary or secondary education level; hospitality training is a plus
Ability to communicate in Papiamento and English; knowledge of Spanish or Dutch is an asset
Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or commercial cleaning position is a plus
Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for the duration of a shift
Outgoing personality with a positive and professional attitude
Service-oriented mindset and strong team player
Ability and willingness to work different shifts, including holidays
Age requirement: 21 to 50 years
Must have own transportation
