Houseman. In this active and essential housekeeping role, your core purpose is to maintain the physical flow and pristine appearance of the resort. You serve as the vital link between the housekeeping department and the seamless guest experience, ensuring that all public areas and guest facilities are immaculate. This position is ideal for energetic professionals who take pride in meticulous organization, supporting their team members, and maintaining our high-level standards with “quiet authority.”
Previous experience in a customer service or housekeeping role is highly desirable. Physical stamina to handle moderate to heavy weight and remain active in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in English (written and oral) is required. Tech-savvy with the ability to use operational communication tools effectively.
An energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality. A strong “team player” spirit with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Consistently high cleanliness and maintenance ratings for resort areas. Efficient and timely completion of shift-specific responsibilities, ensuring zero operational downtime for the housekeeping team. Demonstrated proactive support for colleagues and a high level of professional reliability in a dynamic resort setting.
