We offer over 15 different water and land activities, including tours and equipment rental. Our main front office location is on the beach in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel. We have customers ranging from repeat-guests to first time visitors to the island. Job Description

Our team is seeking a proactive and safety-conscious Jetski & Beach Attendant to join our frontline operations. In this role, you are the face of Delphi Watersports for many of our guests, responsible for managing the daily flow of our premium beach-based activities. Your primary duties include the preparation and maintenance of our jetski fleet, providing clear safety briefings to riders, and assisting with the setup and organization of beach equipment. You will ensure that every guest feels welcomed and safe while enjoying our world-class shoreline facilities. This position requires a high level of physical activity and the ability to maintain a professional, calm presence in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

Minimum requirements

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish (speaking skills)
• Excellent swimming skills and comfort working in a marine environment
• Strong physical stamina for managing equipment on the sand and water
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in varying weather conditions
• Collaborative attitude and a high level of reliability and punctuality

Additional pro’s

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Previous experience in beach resort operations or watersports rentals
• Technical knowledge of jetski maintenance and refueling protocols
• Familiarity with local maritime safety regulations and “No Boating Zones”
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, or Portuguese)
