Position Overview

Summer Sky Car Rental Aruba is looking for a Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly rental experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Rental Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing excellent, friendly customer service
• Assisting clients with reservations, car exchanges, and rental inquiries
• Preparing and explaining rental contracts clearly and accurately
• Upselling products and services in a professional and customer-friendly manner
• Handling customer communication via email and phone calls
• Coordinating vehicle availability and supporting daily rental operations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the rental process

Requirements

• Strong commitment to customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
• Available to work weekends and public holidays
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid work permit for Aruba
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team

Experience in customer service, tourism, or car rental is an advantage, but not required.
