As a Take Over (TO) Manager, you are a key closer and leadership figure within the sales organization. Your core purpose is to secure vacation ownership sales by stepping into presentations to build rapport, address guest concerns, and guide prospective owners toward a purchase. You serve as a vital mentor, driving sales excellence and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the premium standards of the Divi brand.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the vacation ownership or hospitality sector. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Full fluency in written and spoken English. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Strategic sales closing techniques, persuasive communication, and comprehensive sales reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard sales tracking software.
Natural ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Friendly and professional demeanor with an exceptional attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Sustained achievement of established sales conversion and volume targets. Demonstrated improvement in team member performance through consistent coaching and mentorship. High accuracy in sales reporting and documentation integrity.
