Join Our Sales Team at Divi Resorts
As a TO Manager, you will secure the sales of vacation products, develop relationships with prospective owners. follow up on referrals, leads, and “take-over” sales presentations with the goals to close vacation ownership sales.
You’ll supervise, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently reach or exceed sales targets.
Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Fluent in English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Persuasive communication and customer-centric
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and positive
