Position Highlights

Base Station Operator. As a service-driven administrative professional, your core purpose is to serve as a vital connection point between marketing, tour reception, and sales operations. Operating within our Vacation Ownership Sales Center, you will handle incoming calls, process tour invitations accurately, and maintain seamless records to support our sales team and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, record, and verify data related to guest invitations to tour resort properties with the sales team
• Handle inbound marketing calls efficiently, providing professional assistance and accurate details
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the Tour Reception team and Vacation Ownership Sales Center
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of tour bookings, guest interactions, and marketing lead data
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth daily tour volume and scheduling
• Deliver friendly, professional, and courteous service during every telephone and in-person interaction

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Must be service-driven with a passion for interacting with international guests. Ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced sales environment. Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in Aruba.

Core Skills:

Fluency in English is required. Must be computer savvy with proven proficiency in data entry, record management, and telephone call handling. Strong general administrative skills with a high degree of processing accuracy.

Soft Skills:

Friendly, professional, and upbeat demeanor. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail, along with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Success Metrics

Inbound calls and tour invitations are processed, verified, and logged with exceptional accuracy and speed. Administrative tasks for Tour Reception and Sales operate seamlessly, directly supporting tour conversion and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
