Houseman. In this vital support role, you serve as the operational backbone of the housekeeping department. Your core purpose is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors and public spaces while ensuring that our Room Attendants are fully supported with the supplies necessary to deliver a world-class guest experience.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or maintenance support role within a hospitality setting is preferred. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate to heavy weights throughout the shift. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals and the safe operation of floor-care equipment. Ability to manage logistical tasks with efficiency and speed.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. A friendly demeanor and a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Demonstrated efficiency in stocking and supporting housekeeping stations. Consistently high cleanliness ratings for assigned public areas and guest corridors. Prompt and accurate completion of guest requests with positive feedback on professional conduct.
