Position Highlights

F&B Operations Coordinator. Working alongside the F&B management team, your core purpose is to keep food and beverage operations organized, compliant and cost-efficient while delivering projects that improve the guest experience. You will manage documentation, schedules, budgets and procurement, track guest allergies and VIPs, lead F&B projects and report on sales, costs and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate F&B records, including inventory, ordering, supplier contracts, disciplinary documents and delivery schedules
  • Organize meetings, team schedules and daily operations to use resources efficiently
  • Help prepare and monitor F&B budgets, track expenditure, analyze costs and generate financial reports
  • Assist with ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships, including suppliers for events, promotions and new product rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes and company safety protocols
  • Keep detailed records of guest allergies and dietary restrictions and communicate them to kitchen and service staff
  • Track in-house VIPs and their special F&B requests, and ensure all arriving guests have first-night dinner reservations
  • Lead F&B projects such as new product launches, menu development and special events, with plans, timelines, resources and regular status reports to senior management
  • Assist in organizing special events, banquets and conferences, and collect and act on guest feedback
  • Support training of new F&B staff, identify process improvements that reduce waste, and foster communication with other departments
  • Generate reports on F&B sales, costs, guest satisfaction and other key metrics, and support the F&B management team

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. At least 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations or project management, with a strong understanding of hospitality and customer service. Must hold a Dutch passport or a valid work permit.

Core Skills:

Project management: planning, executing and reporting on complex initiatives. Knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory control, procurement and safety regulations. Cost control and budget management. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with guest allergy management and VIP services.

Soft Skills:

Detail oriented and highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication. Flexible and adaptable under pressure, proactive and self-motivated, with a friendly, professional focus on guest service.

Success Metrics

F&B records, budgets and reports are accurate and on time, projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, guest allergies and VIP requests are always communicated, and costs stay under control.
