Position Highlights

As an Activities Coordinator you will perform a vital role in elevating the daily guest experience. Working in an engaging and supportive environment, you will take ownership of recreational scheduling, event facilitation, and guest interaction, ensuring that all resort activities run flawlessly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate a daily schedule of engaging recreational activities and events
• Set up, maintain, and efficiently break down activity equipment and entertainment areas
• Interact professionally with guests, providing clear information, directions, and a welcoming presence
• Ensure all activities adhere strictly to established safety and operational standards
• Maintain accurate inventories of all recreational supplies and equipment

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, alongside previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service. Valid First Aid and CPR certifications are highly preferred. Full professional fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is strongly desired to communicate effectively within our diverse environment.

Core Skills

Candidates must possess strong capabilities in event planning and daily activity coordination, alongside strict adherence to recreational equipment management and safety protocol compliance. Additionally, clear public speaking and guest orientation delivery are essential, supported by a foundational understanding of basic inventory tracking and supply management.

Soft Skills

The ideal candidate is highly approachable and exceptionally organized. We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented professional who is team-focused and demonstrates strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
