Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You are essential to the guest experience, ensuring our accommodations remain clean, organized, and beautifully presented. Your daily attention to detail will directly ensure that every visitor feels at home during their stay at Eagle Beach.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean assigned guest rooms according to established resort standards.
- Provide daily service, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
- Address guest requests and resolve inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with laundry coordination, cribs, and rollaway beds as needed.
- Follow sustainable practices, including our towel reuse program and energy conservation protocols.
- Uphold the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and personal items.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school (EPB) degree or equivalent educational background.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team.
- Basic customer service and communication skills to interact pleasantly with guests.
