We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our guest rooms. This position is essential to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean assigned guest rooms according to established standards.
- Provide daily service, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Address guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with laundry, cribs, and rollaway beds as needed.
- Follow sustainable practices, including towel reuse programs and energy conservation.
- Uphold the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and items.
Qualifications:
- High school (EPB) degree or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic customer service and communication skills.
