Position Highlights

As the Food & Beverage Storeroom Attendant, you serve as the logistical backbone of our culinary and service operations. Your core purpose is to maintain the integrity of our supply chain through meticulous inventory management and organized distribution, ensuring our bars and restaurants are consistently equipped to deliver a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the accurate receiving and inspection of all food and beverage deliveries to guarantee quality and quantity compliance.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movement and performing regular physical audits to prevent shortages or waste.
• Organize and sanitize storerooms, walk-in fridges, and freezers to ensure strict adherence to food safety and rotation (FIFO) standards.
• Coordinate the seamless distribution of supplies to various resort outlets, supporting efficient daily service operations.
• Manage administrative documentation, including delivery notes and requisitions, to ensure precise financial and inventory tracking.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

• Requirements: High school diploma (EPB/MAVO) or equivalent educational background. Previous experience in a storeroom, warehouse, or F&B environment is preferred. Fluency in English and Papiamento.

• Core Skills: Proficiency in inventory tracking and basic administrative record-keeping. Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and storage protocols. Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and pallet management.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational precision, strong reliability, and a proactive, collaborative approach to team support.

Maintained 100% accuracy in inventory audits and stock reconciliation. Zero service disruptions caused by supply shortages or logistical delays. Consistent adherence to health and safety standards within all storage facilities.
