Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized F&B Storeroom Attendant to serve as the backbone of our culinary and beverage operations at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. Your precision and daily oversight ensure that our chefs and bartenders always have the fresh, high-quality ingredients they need to craft exceptional dining experiences.
This role goes far beyond simple inventory management. It requires a proactive professional who takes genuine pride in maintaining impeccable storage areas and upholding strict food safety standards. You will work closely with our entire Food & Beverage team, managing daily requests and building positive relationships with local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily inventory of food, beverages, and essential F&B supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store all deliveries in strict accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain perfectly accurate records of stock levels and product expiration dates.
- Coordinate seamlessly with chefs and bartenders to fulfill their daily supply requests.
- Conduct regular stock audits and actively assist with comprehensive monthly inventory counts.
- Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with our vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all storage areas consistently meet and exceed health and safety regulations.
- Monitor product quality closely and report any discrepancies or issues directly to management.
- Assist with supply ordering and actively support the resort’s cost control initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with coursework in F&B or inventory management considered a strong plus.
- 1+ years of proven experience in inventory control or storeroom operations is highly preferred.
- Full fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento to communicate effectively with our diverse team and local vendors.
- Solid basic math skills required for accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
- The physical ability to safely lift and move stock items weighing up to 25kg.
- A strong, practical familiarity with food safety standards and proper storage protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as dictated by delivery schedules and resort needs.
