Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and attentive Food & Beverage Runner to help keep our dining operations running smoothly at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. You are the vital link between our culinary team and the dining room floor.
In this fast-paced role, you will work closely with our servers and bartenders to ensure every dish and drink reaches our guests promptly and accurately. Your support makes the entire dining experience feel effortless and enjoyable for those visiting our resort.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guest tables with accuracy and care.
- Assist the serving and bartending staff in responding promptly to guest requests and feedback.
- Prepare, set up, and clear tables efficiently before, during, and after meal service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all service stations and dining areas.
- Act as the core communication link between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house service staff.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout your shift.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first mentality.
- A consistently professional appearance paired with an optimistic, service-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento is a valuable plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
