Key Responsibilities
- Sell and coordinate events at the stunning beachside venues: Passions on the Beach and Horizons Lounge
- Collaborate closely with F&B, wedding planners, and DMCs to ensure smooth and memorable events
- Support daily marketing activities: website updates, reputation management and social media
- Coordinate PR efforts in partnership with the external PR agency, including handling influencer visits and media requests
- Keep internal and external communication seamless and efficient
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or marketing
- Strong communicator in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, online & offline marketing
- Bonus points for experience with F&B, Canva, Photoshop, or influencer relations
- Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a dynamic team
