Position Overview
For many guests, the absolute highlight of their Aruban vacation is the time spent relaxing on the pristine white sands of Eagle Beach. As a Beach Attendant, you are the caretaker of that experience.
You are the welcoming face on the sand, supporting guests as they settle in and stepping in quickly whenever assistance is needed. We rely on your attentive nature and physical energy to keep the beach area beautifully organized, safe, and spotless throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the beach area daily, setting up lounge chairs, palapas, and umbrellas for guest comfort.
- Welcome guests as they arrive on the sand, assisting them with seating and providing fresh beach towels.
- Maintain the pristine condition of our section of Eagle Beach, proactively clearing litter and keeping the environment perfectly organized.
- Monitor the beach area to ensure a safe, tranquil, and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
- Collaborate closely with the Passions on the Beach waitstaff to ensure a seamless overall guest experience.
- Adhere to our strict environmental and sustainability practices to protect the delicate coastal ecosystem.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous customer service or outdoor hospitality experience is a plus, though we are happy to train the right individual.
- A naturally friendly, approachable, and highly helpful demeanor.
- The physical stamina to work comfortably outdoors in a warm, sunny environment and safely lift beach equipment.
- •A proactive mindset with a strong dedication to cleanliness and detailed organization.
- Fluency in English to connect easily with our international guests; knowledge of Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is an excellent bonus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
