Position Highlights

Housekeeping Floor Supervisor. In this essential leadership role, you serve as the primary quality controller for our resort’s guest rooms and public areas. Your core purpose is to supervise daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring every space meets our high standards of excellence while providing support and guidance to your team to create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff on assigned floors.
• Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and resort quality standards are consistently met.
• Support, guide, and motivate Room Attendants during operations, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture.
• Monitor the proper use of cleaning products, industrial equipment, and department supplies.
• Proactively report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, room assignments, and task distribution.
• Address guest requests or concerns with professional poise and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ensure strict compliance with all resort policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Room Attendant within a professional hospitality environment. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Core Skills:

Proven leadership and supervisory abilities. Effective multilingual communication in English and Spanish. Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency.

Soft Skills:

Friendly and approachable personality. Solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Success Metrics

Demonstrated consistency in high room inspection scores and guest satisfaction ratings. High levels of team productivity and morale within the assigned housekeeping floors. Timely resolution of reported maintenance issues and guest requests.
