About the Job

As a Take Over (TO) Manager, you are a key closer and leader within the sales organization. Your primary responsibility is to secure the sales of vacation ownership products by stepping into sales presentations to build rapport, address concerns, and guide prospective owners toward a purchase. You will oversee the development of relationships with prospects, follow up on referrals and leads, and supervise the daily activities of the sales team. Your goal is to coach and develop technicians and sales representatives to consistently reach or exceed their established performance targets.

Knowledge & Skills

• Leadership: Strong ability to supervise, coach, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Persuasion: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and standard sales tracking software.
• Attitude: Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor with a focus on solution-oriented sales.

Education & Experience

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the vacation ownership or hospitality sector.
• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
