Position Highlights

Sales Representative. In this influential role, you serve as a professional ambassador for our premier vacation ownership products. Your core purpose is to guide potential members through the benefits of the Divi Vacation Club with professional poise and quiet authority. By providing expert insights and optimistic solutions, you help guests envision a lifetime of vacation stability and luxury at our iconic Aruban properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell vacation club memberships to prospective and current guests with professional clarity.
• Conduct organized and engaging tours of our resort facilities and vacation club suites.
• Address guest inquiries regarding membership tiers, point systems, and international exchange options.
• Maintain meticulous records of guest interactions and sales progress within our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and concierge teams to coordinate guest presentations and appointments.
• Achieve consistent sales objectives while maintaining the high ethical standards of the Divi brand.
• Facilitate smooth contract transitions by coordinating with the administrative and legal departments.
• Follow up with new members to ensure satisfaction and provide a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Previous experience in high-end sales, real estate, or vacation ownership is highly valued. A MAVO or High School diploma is required. Candidates must possess a Dutch passport or a valid work permit.

Core Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a high degree of persuasive ability. Full fluency in English; additional proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is a significant advantage. Proficiency in standard administrative software and lead management tools.

Soft Skills:

A confident, optimistic, and solution-oriented personality. Strong organizational precision and a commitment to professional growth. The ability to handle rejection with grace and maintain quiet authority in all interactions.

Success Metrics

Excellence in this role is demonstrated by the consistent attainment of membership sales targets and high levels of guest feedback. Success is measured by the accuracy of contract documentation, the conversion rate of guest tours, and the ability to maintain long-term relationships with new members, ensuring the stability and growth of the Divi Vacation Club community.
