Sales Representative. In this influential role, you serve as a professional ambassador for our premier vacation ownership products. Your core purpose is to guide potential members through the benefits of the Divi Vacation Club with professional poise and quiet authority. By providing expert insights and optimistic solutions, you help guests envision a lifetime of vacation stability and luxury at our iconic Aruban properties.
Previous experience in high-end sales, real estate, or vacation ownership is highly valued. A MAVO or High School diploma is required. Candidates must possess a Dutch passport or a valid work permit.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a high degree of persuasive ability. Full fluency in English; additional proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is a significant advantage. Proficiency in standard administrative software and lead management tools.
A confident, optimistic, and solution-oriented personality. Strong organizational precision and a commitment to professional growth. The ability to handle rejection with grace and maintain quiet authority in all interactions.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by the consistent attainment of membership sales targets and high levels of guest feedback. Success is measured by the accuracy of contract documentation, the conversion rate of guest tours, and the ability to maintain long-term relationships with new members, ensuring the stability and growth of the Divi Vacation Club community.
