As a Tour Receptionist at Divi Vacation Club, you will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for guests arriving for their vacation ownership tours. In this dynamic role, you will blend exceptional hospitality with vital administrative duties to ensure a seamless, organized, and positive experience for both our guests and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and guide vacation ownership tour guests, providing top-tier hospitality from the moment they arrive.
• Process guest check-ins efficiently and accurately reconfirm activity bookings and vouchers.
• Provide comprehensive, professional support to the sales team to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Execute essential administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and the preparation of operational reports.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements

While prior experience is not strictly required, previous experience in a hospitality or receptionist role is considered a strong advantage.

Core Skills

Essential capabilities include proficiency in computer systems for accurate data entry and administrative tasks. Full fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with our international guests. You must also possess strong organizational skills to accurately handle check-ins, bookings, and vouchers.
