About the Job
As a Front Desk Agent, you will facilitate the guest journey from arrival to departure. You are responsible for processing guest check-ins and check-outs while providing the highest level of service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. You will represent Casa del Mar standards of hospitality throughout all stages of the guest’s stay, adhering to established guidelines and procedures to ensure a seamless vacation experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- Multilingual Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.
- Guest Service Expertise: Deep understanding of hospitality principles and guest service processes.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Ability to interact courteously and effectively with guests of all age groups.
- Collaborative Mindset: Capacity to work both independently and as an integral part of a high-performing team.
Education & Experience
- Education: High School Degree required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional hospitality experience preferred.
