Position Highlights
As a Part-Time Doorman or Door Lady, you will serve as the essential first point of contact, extending a warm and genuine greeting to guests arriving at our resort. Working in a supportive and guest-focused environment, you will ensure every arrival and departure is seamless, setting a welcoming tone that makes our guests feel immediately at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Extend a warm, professional, and friendly greeting to all arriving and departing guests, setting a positive tone for their stay.
- Assist guests seamlessly with their arrival and departure processes, finding joy in providing an extraordinary initial and final resort experience.
- Safely pull, lift, and push moderate to heavy luggage and items to assist guests effectively.
- Maintain a welcoming entrance environment while providing clear, accurate information and assistance to guests.
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements
Candidates must possess previous experience in customer service and be highly flexible to work various part-time shifts, including mornings (AM), evenings (PM), weekends, and holidays. As part of our commitment to a safe workplace, all applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and consent to random testing during employment.
Core Skills
Essential capabilities include excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Full professional fluency in English is strictly required, while proficiency in additional European languages, such as Italian or German, is considered a valuable operational asset. The physical ability to handle moderate to heavy weights safely is also required.
Soft Skills
The ideal professional is friendly, outgoing, and bright, with a natural inclination toward exceptional guest service. We are seeking a confident and polite team member who demonstrates a great deal of patience, strong attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
