Position Highlights

Part-Time Turn-Down Service Attendant. As a dedicated and detail-oriented hospitality professional, your core purpose is to prepare guest rooms for the evening, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards of cleanliness and personalized care. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in thoughtful service and creating a welcoming, relaxing environment for our guests at the end of their day.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evening turn-down service in occupied guest rooms with care and precision
• Refresh towels and essential amenities as required for the evening
• Ensure all assigned rooms are impeccably clean, welcoming, and guest-ready
• Promptly report any maintenance issues and fulfill specific guest requests
• Deliver highly personalized service while strictly respecting guest privacy
• Support the resort’s established sustainability and housekeeping standards

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

A High School (EPB) diploma is preferred. Previous housekeeping experience is considered a distinct advantage. Must be physically able to perform active housekeeping duties and available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays to support resort operations.

Efficient and independent workflow management. A strong understanding of cleanliness and room presentation standards.

Exceptional attention to detail. Friendly, highly reliable, and professional, with a deep respect for guest comfort and privacy.

Success Metrics

Guest rooms consistently meet turn-down presentation and cleanliness standards. Amenities are accurately refreshed, and any maintenance issues are reported without delay. Guests experience a seamless, quiet, and personalized evening service that enhances their overall stay.
