Position Highlights

Maintenance Supervisor. In this vital leadership role, you ensure the continuous operational stability of our resort infrastructure and guest facilities. You will provide the quiet authority and technical expertise necessary to lead a dedicated maintenance team, addressing complex challenges with a calm and solution-oriented mindset. By managing preventative maintenance cycles and technical troubleshooting, you contribute directly to the tranquil environment and high standards of service our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all resort facilities and grounds.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing clear direction and professional guidance.
• Diagnose and solve complex technical problems involving plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity of resort assets.
• Utilize basic computer systems to manage maintenance logs, inventory tracking, and operational reporting.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with local building and hospitality regulations.
• Foster effective communication with resort departments to ensure guest issues are resolved with professional poise.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role or a similar technical capacity is required. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential for managing departmental workflows.

Core Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of general maintenance operations and technical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently. Proficiency in basic computer applications and technical reporting.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and organizational skills are required to manage a diverse team. Must demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and professional stability under pressure.
