Position Highlights

Security Agent. In this vital role, you serve as a guardian of the guest experience, providing a safe and serene environment through quiet authority and professional presence. Your core purpose is to maintain the technical and operational peace of the resort, ensuring that every visitor feels secure while enjoying our facilities. By combining disciplined observation with a service-minded approach, you contribute directly to the professional stability of our award-winning property.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the resort grounds to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Monitor access points and resort facilities to prevent unauthorized entry or activities.
• Provide a welcoming and helpful presence, assisting guests with inquiries and local information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, providing solution-oriented support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities and observations during your shift.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure a seamless and secure guest journey.
• Enforce resort policies and safety protocols with professional poise and clarity.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of an EPB Diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, is mandatory. Candidates must possess a valid work permit.

Core Skills:

Multilingual communication abilities in English and Spanish are required. Proficiency in observation and reporting techniques.

Soft Skills:

Must have strong discipline and a service-minded attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse international clientele.
