Position Summary

Aruba Beach Club Resort is seeking a professional, approachable, and organized Human Resources Officer to support our HR department. This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly discreet, empathetic, technologically proficient, and committed to supporting our resort team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Assist payroll processing and HR administration
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Support daily HR operations and departmental activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR or Administrative role
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration
• Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision and handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems (e.g., Payroll Pro or similar)
