Position Overview

Dining at Passions on the Beach is a signature experience for our guests, and as a Beach Waiter, you bring that exceptional service right to the shoreline. You are responsible for ensuring that every guest relaxing on the sand enjoys seamless, refreshing, and genuinely friendly food and beverage service.

This is a highly active, outdoor role that requires energy, balance, and a consistently positive attitude. You will navigate the beautiful white sands of Eagle Beach, taking orders and delivering drinks with a smile, making every beach day feel effortless for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and refreshing beverages directly to guests relaxing on the shoreline at Passions on the Beach.
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure prompt, courteous delivery from the kitchen and bar to the beach.
• Keep your assigned beach section clean, safe, and perfectly organized throughout your shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, offer thoughtful menu recommendations, and resolve any service issues gracefully.
• Process payments securely and maintain accurate transaction records using the resort’s point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team, bartenders, and beach attendants to guarantee a flawless guest experience.
• Adhere to all environmental and sustainability guidelines to protect our delicate coastal ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage serving experience, ideally within a resort, beach club, or outdoor dining setting.
• The physical stamina and agility to work comfortably and safely outdoors on the sand in a warm, sunny environment.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to maintain composure during busy service hours.
• A naturally friendly, highly approachable demeanor and a consistently professional appearance.
• Full fluency in English to connect easily with our international guests; knowledge of Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is an excellent bonus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
