Position Overview

Renova Spa is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Assistant Receptionist, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide expert information regarding spa services and availability.
• Proactively approach clients in both indoor and outdoor resort areas to promote and sell wellness services.
• Manage service bookings and sales accurately while utilizing computer systems for administrative efficiency.
• Maintain an organized workspace and prepare all materials needed to provide excellent guest service.
• Collaborate with the spa team to meet daily sales and service objectives through active engagement.
• Represent Renova Spa with professional warmth, quiet authority, and a positive, outgoing personality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven sales skills and a demonstrated passion for the wellness industry.
• Traits: Highly responsible, reliable, and possessing a very outgoing and friendly personality.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Technical Proficiency: Efficient with computers and basic office software.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate resort operations.
• Documentation: Must possess a valid Aruban work permit.
