Accounting Clerk & Payroll/HR. In this dual-function administrative role, you serve as the operational backbone of our financial and human resources departments. Your core purpose is to ensure the meticulous management of payroll, accounting records, and HR documentation for our international team. By maintaining absolute accuracy and confidentiality with a calm, confident, and understated professional presence, you support the operational stability and high standards of a world-class luxury brand.
Proven experience in a bookkeeping, payroll, or HR administrative role. A solid understanding of accounting principles and local employment regulations. Flexibility to work in a high-energy resort environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel. Strong multilingual capabilities in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento to support a diverse team. Expert knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational precision. A proactive problem-solving mindset. Unwavering integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and financial data.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by 100% accuracy in payroll processing and the timely delivery of financial statements. Success is measured by the seamless resolution of payroll discrepancies, maintained compliance with financial regulations, and the ability to provide clear, reliable administrative support that enhances team satisfaction and operational flow.
