Position Highlights

Accounting Clerk & Payroll/HR. In this dual-function administrative role, you serve as the operational backbone of our financial and human resources departments. Your core purpose is to ensure the meticulous management of payroll, accounting records, and HR documentation for our international team. By maintaining absolute accuracy and confidentiality with a calm, confident, and understated professional presence, you support the operational stability and high standards of a world-class luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and process accurate payroll for the entire company, ensuring all earnings and deductions are verified.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records regularly, including changes to benefits, job titles, and exemptions.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial reports, including summaries of earnings, taxes, and leave balances.
• Manage the general ledger and process financial transactions with a high degree of precision.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of all financial activities.
• Collaborate closely with the HR department to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries, resolving discrepancies with professional empathy.
• Maintain organized and secure HR files, supporting the onboarding and documentation process for new hires.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Proven experience in a bookkeeping, payroll, or HR administrative role. A solid understanding of accounting principles and local employment regulations. Flexibility to work in a high-energy resort environment.

Core Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel. Strong multilingual capabilities in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento to support a diverse team. Expert knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational precision. A proactive problem-solving mindset. Unwavering integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and financial data.
