Position Highlights

Therapist Outpost & Indoor. In this versatile role, you serve as a guardian of the guest wellness journey across both our sophisticated indoor spa and our scenic outdoor outpost locations. Your core purpose is to deliver restorative treatments that meet the high standards of a world-class luxury brand. By managing consultations and therapeutic services with a calm, confident, and understated professional presence, you ensure every guest experiences personalized and memorable care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage therapies, body treatments, and salon techniques according to Mandara Spa standards.
• Provide expert waxing services and body treatments with a high degree of precision and care.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate therapeutic treatments.
• Maintain the immaculate cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all treatment areas and equipment.
• Promote spa services, wellness products, and resort experiences in a professional, non-intrusive manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with spa protocols, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with the spa team to support seamless operations at both indoor and outpost service locations.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Valid diplomas, certificates, and licenses in Massage Therapy, Body Treatments, Waxing Services, and Salon Techniques. Prior professional experience in a high-end spa or luxury hospitality environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Core Skills:

Advanced proficiency in diverse massage and body treatment modalities. Mastery of sanitation and sterilization protocols. Strong multilingual capabilities in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento to support an international clientele.

Soft Skills:

A professional appearance and a warm, positive attitude. Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication skills. Reliable time management and a proactive approach to team support.
