Position Overview
Divi Vacation Club is seeking a “Sales Concierge Superhero” to join our dynamic sales team at Eagle Beach. In this high-energy role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, acting as a brand ambassador who identifies and invites potential members to learn more about our exclusive vacation ownership programs.
The ideal candidate is a service-driven professional with a magnetic personality and the persuasive ability to turn a casual conversation into a growth opportunity for our club.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with resort guests and visitors to promote Divi Vacation Club offerings.

Qualify potential leads and schedule guests for sales presentations and tours.

Provide accurate and enthusiastic information regarding resort amenities and membership benefits.

Maintain a high level of guest service while meeting or exceeding daily performance targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize guest engagement strategies.

Represent Divi Resorts with a professional, vibrant, and welcoming demeanor at all times.

Language: Full fluency in English is required.
