Position Overview

Costa Linda Beach Resort is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Front Office Agent to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate possesses a friendly personality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellence in hospitality while multitasking effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

• Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests in a professional and service-minded manner

• Handle multi-line phone systems and electronic communications accurately

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly

• Maintain accurate guest records and handle financial transactions securely

• Provide information regarding resort amenities, local attractions, and island activities

• Resolve guest concerns or issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach

• Operate effectively in a high-energy environment with multiple activities occurring simultaneously

• Maintain a professional and tidy workstation while working from a standing position

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent

• Multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Dutch

• Computer literate with the ability to learn property management systems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for guest service

• Ability to work effectively in a loud, busy environment

• Physical stamina to work from a standing position for the duration of the shift

• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by resort operations
