Position Highlights

Night Auditor. As a precise and reliable administrative professional, your core purpose is to oversee the resort’s overnight operations and financial accuracy. You will audit and verify all daily front office transactions, ensuring any discrepancies are swiftly identified and corrected, while serving as the primary point of contact for our guests during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and verify all front office transactions on a daily basis
• Report and accurately correct any financial or operational discrepancies
• Serve as the primary contact person for guest inquiries and assistance during the night shift
• Provide the highest level of guest service in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow and strictly adhere to all Casa del Mar standard operating procedures

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

A High School Degree is required, while an Associate’s Degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is also preferred for this position.

Core Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory, with a working knowledge of Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento highly preferred. Exceptional planning and time management skills to ensure all audits are completed efficiently before the morning handover.

Soft Skills:

Courteous, professional, and highly reliable. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and operational consistency.

Success Metrics

Daily front office transactions are accurately audited and verified, with all discrepancies resolved efficiently. Overnight guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance, maintaining the resort’s high service standards around the clock.
