Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Cook 2 to join our culinary team at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. You are the hands behind the exceptional meals our guests enjoy, from their first breakfast bite to their final dinner on the beach.
In this role, you will accurately execute our established recipes and support the daily rhythm of our kitchen. We rely on your consistency, passion, and timely service to keep our culinary operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook delicious, high-quality meals for daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Execute all recipes accurately, adhering strictly to the resort’s culinary standards, presentation guidelines, and portion controls.
- Support the daily operations of the kitchen, assisting senior chefs and the broader culinary team as needed.
- Maintain a clean, highly organized, and sanitary workstation throughout your shift.
- Ensure all food preparation meets rigorous health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house food and beverage team to guarantee timely and seamless guest service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Formal culinary education (EPI Hospitality & Tourism or equivalent) or proven practical experience as a line cook.
- A solid understanding of basic cooking methods, ingredients, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and clear, respectful communication within a multicultural kitchen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
