Decide who the placement is open to
Local students, students coming from abroad, or both. Say so in the listing.

Local vocational students
Work placements are done at a learning company recognised by PEL. Colegio EPI asks host companies to register with its Stagebureau as an erkend leerbedrijf; companies that are not registered yet can apply by email and a coordinator will contact them. Expect to guide the student and to evaluate the learning with the school.

Students coming from abroad
The DIMAS checklist asks for an agreement between the foreign institution, you and the intern, stating the internship period and your supervisor's contact details. It also asks for a copy of a guarantor's or employer's identity document and a guarantee statement signed by the applicant and the guarantor. Ask DIMAS who may sign as guarantor in your case.
-
What you decide yourself
Whether you offer an allowance, help with housing or help with documents. State it plainly; a student should not discover it late. Do not imply an offer the school or DIMAS has not agreed.
-
Write a listing a student can act on
Use the Internship job type. Say who it is open to, the study level, the period and hours, what the student will learn, who will supervise, languages, any allowance and the deadline.
