Position Summary

Aruba Beach Club Resort is looking for a friendly, flexible, and service-oriented Front Office Reliever to support our Front Office operations. This role is essential in ensuring seamless guest service coverage across different shifts and assisting with daily front desk activities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, technologically proficient, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner
• Perform cashiering and basic administrative duties as required
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations in the property management system
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Cover various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Follow all resort policies, procedures, and service standards
• Support the Front Office team during peak periods or staff absences

Requirements & Qualifications

• Dutch nationality or possession of a valid work permit
• HAVO or EPI (Horeca) education level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Papiamento, English, Dutch, and Spanish
• Previous experience in a similar front office or hospitality position is a plus
• Strong computer skills and general comfort with technology
• Outgoing personality with a positive and professional attitude
• Service-oriented mindset and strong team player
• Ability and willingness to work different shifts, including holidays
• Age requirement: 21 to 50 years
• Must have own transportation
