Position Highlights

As an energetic and motivated Gardener at Caribbean Palm Village Resort, you will contribute directly to the seamless daily operations of the property. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to maintaining a welcoming, beautifully landscaped environment. You will have the continuous opportunity to showcase your independence and teamwork while supporting the resort’s high standards of property presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the health and aesthetic beauty of the resort’s grounds and tropical plants
• Operate professional gardening equipment safely and efficiently
• Execute disciplined outdoor maintenance cycles independently
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept in pristine working condition
• Support daily resort operations and provide a tranquil sanctuary for guests

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional gardening or landscaping is required. Must have the physical stamina and willingness to work actively in various outdoor weather conditions. A valid work permit for Aruba or Dutch passport is essential.

Core Skills

Basic knowledge of tropical plant care and landscaping techniques. Proficiency in the safe operation of professional gardening equipment. Strong ability to manage outdoor maintenance cycles independently.

Soft Skills

A genuine passion for outdoor work and property presentation. Must be a reliable, detail-oriented team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
