Position Highlights

Spa Cleaning Assistant. As a dedicated operational professional, your core purpose is to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the spa and gym facilities. Your disciplined approach and attention to detail will ensure a flawless, relaxing environment that directly contributes to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Mop and thoroughly disinfect the Spa area and gym facilities
• Perform and accurately document routine facility inspections
• Execute comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, and mopping
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, bathrooms, and massage rooms to a high standard
• Wash and dry towels efficiently in the on-site laundry room

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Must possess a valid work permit. Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate spa operations.

Core Skills:

Deep cleaning, facility sanitization, laundry operations, and routine inspection documentation.

Soft Skills:

Self-disciplined, hard worker, highly organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Success Metrics

Spa, gym, and massage rooms are consistently clean, sanitized, and inviting. Routine inspections are meticulously documented. Laundry operations run smoothly, ensuring a constant supply of fresh towels. Guest interactions are handled with a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
