Position Highlights

Bellman (Part-Time – Saturdays Only). As the welcoming face of the resort, your core purpose is to greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring their transition into and out of the resort is seamless. Working a dedicated Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will assist with luggage, provide introductory information about resort amenities, and support the Front Office in delivering a truly exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and departure
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes
• Escort guests to their accommodations and clearly explain resort facilities and amenities
• Handle all guest luggage safely, securely, and professionally
• Support the Front Office team consistently to maintain exceptional guest service standards

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Must be reliable, punctual, and strictly available to work every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Must be physically fit and comfortably able to lift, carry, and transport luggage safely.

Core Skills:

Basic English proficiency is required to effectively assist international guests, while knowledge of additional languages is considered a valuable asset. Good communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain resort amenities and support the Front Office flow.

Soft Skills:

Friendly, approachable, and highly customer-service oriented. A dependable team player who maintains a professional and helpful demeanor during the busy Saturday changeover periods.

Success Metrics

Guests are greeted promptly and warmly, with their luggage handled safely and efficiently during check-ins and check-outs. Resort facilities are explained clearly, setting a positive tone for the guest’s stay. The Front Office feels actively supported and operations run smoothly throughout the Saturday shift.
