Position Highlights

Operations Manager – Watersports & Excursions. In this pivotal leadership role, you serve as the driving force behind our daily aquatic operations and destination excursions. Your core purpose is to guide a dedicated team with quiet authority, balancing operational logistics, safety compliance, and commercial performance. By ensuring a seamless and professionally managed environment, you directly elevate the guest experience and strengthen our reputation as a trusted resort partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of all beach, watersports, and excursion activities, ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and maritime regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beach attendants and sales staff, fostering a disciplined, service-oriented, and professional working environment.
• Enforce rigorous safety protocols, monitor weather conditions, and ensure the proper completion of liability waivers and pre-activity safety briefings.
• Manage operational logistics, including equipment maintenance, inventory control, and the coordination of transfers and excursion schedules.
• Drive commercial performance by supporting the sales team, maximizing excursion bookings, and analyzing operational KPIs to identify areas for growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest resolutions, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and swiftly addressing operational irregularities.
• Oversee digital content management, ensuring that online excursion descriptions, images, and marketing materials remain accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Execute essential administrative duties, including staff scheduling, incident reporting, and the secure handling of reservations and cash procedures.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Previous management experience in tourism, watersports, excursion operations, or hospitality. Good swimming skills and the flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Core Skills:

Operational logistics, team scheduling, inventory management, digital content administration, and professional reporting. Full fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.

Soft Skills:

A strong leadership presence with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Highly organized and capable of maintaining professional composure while managing complex operations and team dynamics.
