Note: the job requires being available to work on weekends/holidays and being on call after office hours
Delphi Watersports is a leading watersports company on the island with over 30 years of operating experience in the industry. We offer over 15 different water and land activities, including tours and equipment rental. Our main front office location is on the beach in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel. We have customers ranging from repeat-guests to first time visitors to the island. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional client relationship services and providing our guests with unforgettable experiences on the water and on land. Our team is made up of passionate individuals who are dedicated to sharing their love for watersports and land activities with our customers.
Our team is looking for a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to strengthen our daily logistical and supervisory functions. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service Delphi Watersports is known for. You will provide critical support to the Operations Manager by coordinating daily tour schedules, supervising the operational flow between the back-office and our Hyatt Regency beach location, and ensuring all equipment and team members are prepared for peak performance. The role involves high-level internal communication to maintain operational overviews and ensure our diverse range of 15+ activities runs seamlessly and safely.
