We are seeking an organized and empathetic Hospitality Supervisor to help lead our front desk and reservations team at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. In this vital role, you oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring every booking is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.

You serve as a key support system for the Hospitality Manager. By actively assisting with front desk duties and driving thoughtful process improvements, you help us deliver a smooth, confident guest experience from the very first inquiry to a confirmed stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring absolute accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
• Support the Hospitality Manager with comprehensive front desk duties, daily shift management, and team leadership.
• Identify and implement thoughtful process improvements to continuously elevate the overall guest experience.
• Train, mentor, and guide Hospitality Agents, fostering a highly collaborative and welcoming team environment.
• Handle escalated guest inquiries gracefully, resolving any booking or stay-related issues with professional empathy.
• Manage daily front desk reporting, secure payment processing, and property management system (PMS) updates.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication between the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a front desk, reservations, or related hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to mentor, train, and motivate a multicultural team.
• Full fluency in English to connect easily with our international guests; knowledge of Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is an excellent bonus.
• Advanced proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and standard reservations software.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
