Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Night Cleaner to take ownership of our kitchen facilities during the graveyard shift at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. While the rest of the resort rests, your vital work ensures our culinary team can start their day in a spotless, hygienic, and fully organized environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the deep cleanliness and organization of the resort’s kitchen facilities during the graveyard shift.
- Sanitize all food preparation surfaces, cooking equipment, and appliances to meet rigorous hygiene standards.
- Sweep, mop, and meticulously clean kitchen floors, ensuring all safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
- Handle the proper disposal of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with our environmental guidelines.
- Deep clean ovens, grills, fryers, and exhaust hoods as part of the scheduled maintenance routine.
- Ensure the kitchen is fully prepared, safe, and spotless for the culinary team’s morning service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, preferably within a kitchen or hospitality environment.
- A strong understanding of proper sanitation techniques and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the overnight hours.
- Physical stamina to comfortably perform deep cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A high level of reliability, integrity, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
