Position Highlights

Front Office Agent. As a welcoming and efficient hospitality professional, your core purpose is to represent the resort to guests throughout all stages of their stay. You will process check-ins and check-outs and serve guests at the front desk, ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Serve guests at the front desk, representing the resort throughout their entire stay
• Deliver the highest level of guest service in a courteous and professional manner
• Courteously and effectively interact with guests of all age groups
• Follow and adhere strictly to Casa del Mar standards of hospitality, guidelines, and procedures

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

A High School Degree or Associate’s Degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector is also preferred. Must be willing to work flexible hours to support front desk operations.

Core Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento. Solid knowledge of the principles and processes for providing exceptional guest services in hospitality.

Soft Skills:

Energetic, possessing good presentation and a pleasant manner. Highly collaborative, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.

Success Metrics

Guest check-ins and check-outs are processed accurately and seamlessly. High standards of hospitality are maintained, ensuring positive and professional interactions with guests of all ages. Daily front desk operations align smoothly with all established resort guidelines and procedures.
