For candidates
Say which version you used (Online or Desktop) and what you did in it: invoicing, bills, bank reconciliation, reports. Intuit's QuickBooks Certified User exam is an optional way to show it.
For employers
Say which version you use. Someone who has used another accounting package can usually learn QuickBooks quickly, so consider listing it as preferred rather than required.
