If you want to learn a skill, earn a certificate or train your team in Aruba, there is more than one place to start. This is a neutral directory of six providers. It is not a ranking and not an endorsement, and the order is alphabetical. For each one we record the field, the type of training, what the provider says about credentials, whether we could confirm that independently, the source and the date we checked it.
For every provider the answer to “independently verified?” is currently no. Where a page mentions an accreditation or a partnership, that is the provider’s own statement, and we say so.
Before you pay for a course
- Ask what the certificate or diploma is, who issues it and who recognises it.
- If a provider names an accrediting or certifying body, check with that body, not with the provider.
- Ask the employers you want to work for whether they value it. A credential helps most when the employer knows it.
- Compare the course content with the skill you want to show. Our Skills Guide explains what each skill means to employers and how to show it.
- Get the price, dates and refund terms in writing. We do not list prices here because they change.

Quick answers
Is there one official list of approved training providers in Aruba?
We did not find one, and this page is not one. It records what six providers say about themselves.
Does a provider’s accreditation claim make a certificate recognised by employers?
Not by itself. Check with the accrediting body, and ask the employers you want to work for.
Why is nobody ranked?
We have no basis to rank them. The field, format and cost differ, and we have not verified outcomes.
Can I suggest a provider?
Yes. Write to us with the provider’s own page and any accreditation it claims, and we will check it the same way.
Where do I see which skills employers ask for?
In the Skills Guide and in the requirements of open jobs on Aruba Jobs. For the wider job market, see the official numbers.
