Position Highlights
Restaurant Manager. As a hands-on operational leader, your core purpose is to seamlessly manage daily activities across two dining outlets. You will combine operational excellence with dedicated team development and financial oversight, ensuring every guest enjoys an effortless and exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations effectively across both dining outlets
- Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant supervisors and dedicated service teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve any service challenges
- Monitor financial performance and proactively identify new revenue opportunities
- Support promotional activities, special events, and guest engagement initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sustainability, and operational standards
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent hospitality qualification is required. Must possess a minimum of 5 years of restaurant or hotel management experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential to support dining operations.
Core Skills:
Proven leadership experience within a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment. Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control. Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard hospitality systems. Fluent in English and Spanish, while knowledge of Dutch and/or Papiamento is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and guest service abilities. A proactive problem-solver who leads by example and fosters a positive, motivated team environment.
Success Metrics
Two dining outlets operate seamlessly, achieving high guest satisfaction and the swift resolution of any service challenges. Financial and revenue targets are actively monitored and met. Supervisors and service teams display measurable growth in skills, accountability, and motivation.
