Job Title: Spa Attendant
Location: Mandara Spa – Marriott Vacation Club
Preference: Male & Female applicants
Position Overview
Mandara Spa, the fastest growing spa company worldwide, is currently seeking a reliable and service-oriented Spa Attendant to support daily spa operations in Aruba. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized spa environment while supporting both guests and therapists in delivering a high-quality spa experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and comfortable working in a hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after services
- Assist therapists and concierge staff as needed
- Ensure linens, supplies, and amenities are stocked and organized
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests
- Follow spa hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Support daily spa operations to ensure smooth guest flow
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hotel customer service
- Experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus
- Ability to speak, read, and write English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
- EPB or MAVO diploma
- Valid work permit for Aruba
- Availability to work all days, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in a spa environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, service-minded attitude
