Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of routine preventive maintenance work including replacing locks, light bulbs, etc.
- Perform various plumbing related work.
- Perform routine repair and maintenance work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment such as changing filters, etc.
- Perform repair on small appliances such as fans, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications
- EPB Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
- Can understand and speak Papiamento, English and Spanish
- Has basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry skills
- Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
